Still Not a 100%

Brooke as of this morning was still feeling rotten. Thank Goodness for Ms Irma, they miss keeping her and I am lucky I have to take Brooke when she is not feeling well. This morning she had a temp of over a 100.00 and still just feels rotten. I am so glad we are off Monday so I can get her well (I hope) she just looks so miserable. Here are a few pics when she was distracted with something other than my shoulder. I got her Costume in the mail so of course we had to try it on. We also got her new napmat in and she laid on that for a little while....hopefully when she returns to daycare she will sleep better with it. I also included pics of her getting trapped in Chris's office...she had pushed her car into the door enough to get in there but could not get out...I was in the kitchen getting her something and could hear her but could not find her...until she started banging on the door and fogging up the glass...haha so cute!! And last but not least, Brooke thinks she is a stunt double because she likes to try and stand on her 4-wheeler rather than ride on it...we call her Awful Kanawful. I hope everyone has a good long weekend.

Brooke Got stuck in Dada's Office

Brooke has got a horrible Viral Infection, with High fever, cough, runny nose etc. This is by far the sickest she has ever been. I am hoping she feels better soon. Oh and on top of that she is getting 4 new teeth, 3 has broke thru the gums already but this last one is being stubborn. Here are some pics from yesterday....there is no question that she feels bad. Its breaking my heart.She had such a high fever...and it broke so she was so flushed.

As the weekend comes to an end......

So another weekend has come to a end, it seems like they get shorter every week. We had a good laid back weekend. I tried my best to get Brooke caught up on her sleep. Since starting her new daycare she has been so tired and unrested. On another note my pictures have been so blurry because a setting got changed and we could not figure out which one...so Chris reset the camera and Hooray it was fixed....hence I have lots of pics.Playing with Mom's old phones...I'm a big talker.Rocking in the chair & the horse.This is what tired looks like...its not pretty!!!Good Morning Sunshine...who would not want to wake up with that!!Visiting Ms Irma's & Mr Bruce...I sure do miss them!!

Brooke's New Laptop

The other day when I was at Target getting Brooke's medicine we walked thru the toy aisle and I saw this Winnie the Pooh laptop. Brooke is a champion button pusher and loves to bang on Chris's laptop. Mainly because he keeps it in her reach, but anyway it was for ages 3-6 but oh well she loves it....it is so funny to watch her typing on it as we are typing on ours. Being that it is Winnie the Pooh is a plus..because we are Big Fans of "My Friends Tigger & Pooh". I was at home with her Tuesday and she would play a while and then lay around a while as you can see.

Long time....no write!!

Well we made it, officially moved in August 1st. We are starting to get back to normal...I have ALMOST found a home for everything. Just to catch you up on what has been going on with us...I will give you a quick run down. We moved in during the triple digits of over 105...we had mentioned a week earlier when we did our final walk thru on our house that we did not think the air was cooling properly, at closing we told them that they needed to put a bigger unit in the house. We were at the house one day when we heard the repair man say that the unit was to small for the house....no biggie they said they would fix it uughhhh so we move in and our first night the temp does not go below 80 until after 11PM. Now if moving with a little one is not fun enough for you...then add a hot, overtired, cranky and teething baby to the mix and you have yourself a partayy!! The temps in the house reflected the temps out side for the first week....outside 105...inside 85. I think we are finally on the road to having it fixed...and the temps outside have only been in the upper 90s so Yay for that. Brooke is not only walking since our last post but more like running everywhere she goes. She is getting her 2 top front molars and 2 bottom teeth as well....she started a new daycare last Monday and has done really great....Monday was a bad day, Tuesday was worse than Monday and Wednesday was a all around disaster...but then came Thursday and she did great, she did not cry when I dropped her off and had a great day until the other kid bit her...but then she still good. She really is enjoying the new house and so are we. Things are starting to get back to normal, so I should be posting more than I have been...hope all is well. Here are some recent pics:
