Brooke got her napmat from daycare on Sunday and laid it down on the living room floor and went to sleep...she slept for 1 1/2...we were shocked...it has been a fight to get her to take a nap for the last month or so.

I not to Big!!

Brooke has enjoyed sitting in the bouncy seat and in the swing....we tell her she is to Big for the Bouncy Seat and swing and that she is going to break it...but she is not convinced.

Kristal and Eli came over the other night to visit...we went into the kitchen to find them driving around in the car...it was so funny b/c it looked like they were on a date just driving around...so cute.

Hanging Around with my Girls

We're adjusting to being a family of four...Brooke has been wonderful with Maggie and loves to give lots of hugs and kisses. Brooke is loving all the baby stuff around and likes to swing her babies or to bounce them in the bouncy seat. I am getting used to Maggie's personality...she is not nearly as laid back as her older Sister...if Maggie is wet, or dirty, or hungry you will hear about it...she wants it done and done now...she has zero patience...but she is sweet and loving other than that. I love being the Mom of two beautiful girls who are so different...Brooke with her light brown curls and Big Blue eyes is my Little Mini me and Maggie who so far the Identical twin of her Dad...time will tell if she keeps the mounds of Black hair she was born with and what color herr eyes will be...either way she is beautiful.

Brooke came to meet her little Sister a couple hours after she was born and loved her immediately.

She wanted to help with her from the start...loves to give her kisses.

Welcome to the world ~~Maggie Elise~~

Maggie Elise was welcomed into the world Wednesday July 15th, 2009 at 7:49 AM weighing 6lbs 9 oz and 19 inches long....and more hair than any baby I have ever known. She is so beautiful and looks just like her Daddy.

Last Days as an Only child

We took to Brooke to Chuck E Cheese the day before Maggie came...Brooke had a blast.

Hangin in the pool...lounging in the rocking chair. The last picture, she got stung by a yellowjacket...poor thing, I have never heard her scream that loud and that long...it was so painful that she kept the ice on it for a while...now she is afraid of the water...b/c if she anything moving she freaks out...that bothers me so bad.
